4.0 Overview

Unless otherwise specified herein, each of the uses listed in Section 4 of these Regulations is also subject to t4-Overview (3)he requirements of Section 7 of these Regulations including but not limited to:

  • Parking;
  • Signage;
  • Earth removal and filling;
  • Access drives and corner visibility; and
  • Performance standards.
