2019 Summer Employment Paperwork:

 

Please use the following instructions to complete your paperwork:

  1. Complete the forms listed below in their entirety and sign your own documents.
  2. Read and Sign your Position Description.
  3. Send your completed forms and/or documents via e-mail to the following address: morenoz@cityofgroton-ct.gov or thomasj@cityofgroton-ct.gov
  1. For the I-9 form, DO NOT ENTER your Date of Birth and Social Security Number.  Complete in the HR office or mail the original document to the Human Resources Department.
  2. Contact the HR Team Staff to have your appointment for testing scheduled.
  3. All forms and testing must be completed prior to the start of the 2019 Summer Program.
  4. The Background form is ONLY for New Hires to Complete.
