Building and Zoning

The staff of the Zoning & Building Department works closely with the Planning Department to support the work of the Planning & Zoning Commission, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission, and the Eastern Point Historic District Commission. Both serve as the principal point of contact for developers, residents, or others with land use or building permit questions, projects and/or applications.

NOTE REGARDING PERMIT APPLICATIONS: The following forms have been replaced by the new “All-In-One Building and Trade Application” in the Permits folder.

  • Building Permit Application
  • Electrical Permit Application
  • Fire Protection/Sprinkler Permit Application
  • HVAC Permit Application
  • Plumbing Permit Application

 

Going forward please use the All-In-One Building and Trade Application. Two versions are available – 1) Standard Format, which will print on four separate 8.5×11 standard sheets of paper and (2) Large Format, which will print on 11×17 paper in booklet format.
